LED Module Production

72 Hours Aging Testing
The aging testing of LED displays is an indispensable step in the whole production process, and it is also a testing link in the production and quality testing of LED displays, which is an essential important guarantee for the quality of LED electronic display products.
LED products can improve their efficiency after aging testing, and it is conducive to the stability of efficiency in later use. After passing quality control and testing, the LED display is carefully packaged to ensure its protection during shipping.
Multiple Shipping Options
The shipping method is determined based on factors such as destination, urgency, and customer preferences. Common shipping methods for LED displays include air freight, sea freight, and land transportation. The chosen method ensures the safe and timely delivery of the display to its destination.

Since LED displays are customized products, the average production time is about 10–15 days depending on different application scenarios and types.
Regularly used LED displays can generally be produced in about 7 days, and some specially customized products, such as outdoor spherical displays, have a production time of about 25 days.
As the volume and weight of LED display is large, more customers will choose sea transportation. If you want to receive the goods faster, you can also choose to send them by air, but the price will be more expensive.
We have professional and reliable freight forwarders who can help you transport your goods. If you have your own freight forwarder. We can also deliver the goods to your freight forwarder.
Usually we will communicate the transportation method with customers during the project, so that after production we can quickly arrange the relevant shipping procedures with our freight forwarding partners (or the customer’s freight forwarder) to ensure smooth and fast delivery.
When production is finished, it will be mainly affected by the choice of transportation method.
Sea freight: Most cost-effective for transporting larger shipments over long distances, about 20–30 days,
Air freight: Faster delivery, higher charges, 1–3 days.
