LED display module

LED power supply

LED power supply mainly uses constant voltage power supply and wide voltage power supply two kinds. The output voltage of constant voltage power supply usually does not change with the change of load, while the wide voltage power supply can be adjusted according to the change of voltage, so the wide voltage power supply is more suitable for some harsh environments, but the corresponding cost will be higher.

LED display frame

According to the different materials used, divided into iron, die-casting aluminum, magnesium alloy, etc. Among them, iron cabinet and die-casting aluminum cabinet are the most widely used two cabinets, they are usually used for fixed installation and rental installation.

LED receiving Card

The receiving card is responsible for receiving the data transmitted from the sending card, so that the screen can realize a variety of different images. If there is no receiver card in the LED screen cabinet, then the LED display screen can not display a variety of different screens normally.

We usually say debugging screen, in fact, is to adjust the data of the LED receiver card. Common LED receiver card manufacturers are: Novastar, Huidu, Colorlight and Linsn.

Adapter

As we often need to be more than one LED screen cabinet spliced together, so the need to use the adapter will be more than one cabinet data in series. Adapters are mainly two types of power plug and data plug.

Fan

The role of the fan is to generate the cabinet heat out. Fans are mainly oil-containing fan, ball fan, silent fan three, which is widely used because of the advantages of silent fan cheap, long service life, small energy consumption.

Cable and wire

LED screen cabinets need to use a lot of internal wires, such as power cables, long rows of cables, short rows of cables, network cables, HDMI cables and so on.

Carbon fiber LED screen cabinet

Carbon fiber LED screen cabinet is a kind of lightweight LED screen cabinet, its price is 10-20 times of the iron LED cabinet, 5-8 times of the metal alloy, mainly used in high-end display field, life is not common.

Nano polymer material LED cabinet

It is the lightest of all LED screen cabinets, both transportation and assembly will be more simple. However, due to the immature technology of nanopolymer, the durability is poor, the service life is shorter, and it is not common in the market.
